Tom, ORDB is not going to put a server on the blacklist unless they have tested successfully for an open relay.

I would suggest you leave abuse open and allow then to reply to that account. However, it is up to you. Some times others deserve a second chance as much as I hate spam, I have to be somewhat considerate.
