Yes, Declude Virus does this. Declude Virus is fired before Declude JM. 

It is checked in this order by default:

Imail SMTP security
Declude Virus virus scan
Declude Virus banned extension
Declude Virus vulnerabilities
Declude JM
Imail Rules
Delivery
