I wouldn't be comfortable doing that in my implementation, but YMMV...
... sounds like a feature request for a customizable ACTION, e.g.
WEIGHT60 weight x x 60 0
WEIGHT60 EXTERNAL "filename"
This could also be useful as a "cleanup" action after JunkMail has done all
of its processing and updating the D*.SMD file with X- headers, etc.

Subject: [Declude.JunkMail] Feature Suggestion
It's tough when I've gone a couple of days without going through my
Junkmail Box where Junkmail passed the filters. Scanning through the headers
of 200 + emails looking for he sender address and then to put that address
in my blacklist is quite a task.
It would be awesome if Declude was capable of catching forwarded
emails to an account and strip the original X-DecludeSender address and
automatically put that address in the blacklist file. Sure would save me
many hours of doing it by hand.
