the attached email failed no test (exept ipnotinmx) why did it get a weight of 16 ?
Probably because there is a mistake in one of the test definitions in the \IMail\Declude\global.cfg file. Either the IPNOTINMX test is set to a weight of 16 (rather than the recommended 0), or another test is set to have a weight of 16 if an E-mail does NOT fail the test, or some combination (such as 2 tests set to 8 points each if the E-mail does not fail those tests).
If you use LOGLEVEL MID, you'll see a line in your log file that shows how the weight was determined.
