You can name the tests anything you want. I'm not sure if that's exactly the question you were asking though.

Watch out for scoring FIVETEN too high though, while they pick up a lot of things not listed elsewhere, they are definitely overzealous in their listing...last week, they even had this mailing list tagged (looks like that was taken care of though). I think that IMail is using FIVETEN now as a part of their default configuration so maybe their methodology will improve over time with the increased attention.
