Matt @ Mailpure has an IPLinked filter. I've got a link to his site here:

I've never seen a test aimed at gibberish URLs.
Darrell @ Invariant Systems has an external program that detects URIs in the
body and runs them against URI lists. He offers a free demo. There is a link
on the above site too.
