What sort of errors were in the undeliverable messages?  Could be anything, no reverse DNS (dns server down or setting incorrect)…  A lot of places will drop your emails if there’s no reverse DNS…  Fire a test one over to me if you like.  I’ll see what the headers read like.

Cheers,

Sam

Subject: [Declude.JunkMail] Request for test assistance

Hello,

We have a client that has web hosting and email hosting services through us.  Periodically he sends a newsletter from his website via the ColdFusion back end.  The recipient list is comprised of registered users of his website who have opted to receive the newsletter.  Today was one such occasion.  The newsletter went out to approximately 2,000 recipients.  About 200 of the messages sent were returned as undeliverable.  When our client sent those messages again, via Outlook, all but about 20 were delivered.  His newsletter scores a 0 on my Declude config.  Is anyone willing to receive the newsletter as a test to see if anyone sees any issues that might be causing spam filters to prevent delivery?

Thanks,

Katie LaSalle-Lowery
