Well, with your current setup SPAMD is probably forking 4 SA procs at any one time. That can readily become insufficient under volume. The --min-children and --min-spare switches can help make sure that you have more processing children available. Take a look in: http://spamassassin.apache.org/full/3.1.x/dist/doc/spamd.html Other things to tweak are the SPAMC32 skip-if-weight and max-size arguments. --Sandy ------------------------------------ Sanford Whiteman, Chief Technologist Broadleaf Systems, a division of Cypress Integrated Systems, Inc. e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] SpamAssassin plugs into Declude! http://www.imprimia.com/products/software/freeutils/SPAMC32/download/release/ Defuse Dictionary Attacks: Turn Exchange or IMail mailboxes into IMail Aliases! http://www.imprimia.com/products/software/freeutils/exchange2aliases/download/release/ http://www.imprimia.com/products/software/freeutils/ldap2aliases/download/release/ --- This E-mail came from the Declude.JunkMail mailing list.
