Indeed. >From where I sit I see zero inclination on the part of my customers to spend more on "commodity" services relating to e-mail. It would need to be a revolutionary enhancement to service *and* this additional benefit would need to be immediately understood by my clients to have any chance of increasing revenues. I am *far* more interested in reducing costs (open source for example) than trying to ask my clients for more money. Having said that, I always try to keep an open mind and I will be very interested to hear more regardless of whether I participate.
