[Declude.JunkMail] Determining Declude Processing Times

My proc folder gets backed up a lot.  Often I upgrade the declude version and it runs good for many months and then I start seeing the same problem again.  What is the easiest method to determine the declude processing time takes so long?  I need a method to determine which test has such a delay and disable it or remedy it.   Will   --- This E-mail came from the Declude.JunkMail mailing list.
