It looks like the REVDNS test may be causing that.  You can either wait 
until the next release, which will display a warning message, or you can 
change the $default$.JunkMail config file line from "REVDNS    WARN" to 
"REVDNS        WARN    X-RBL-Warning: This E-mail was sent from a mail 
server with no reverse DNS entry." (or whatever text you want).
