We are thinking of putting up a web page where you can enter a code, and
the web page will return the reason the mail failed the test. The code can
combine a bunch of different failed tests into one code, so there are a
*lot* of possible codes that could be returned.

The problem with the headers of this E-mail are that they use "localhost"
as the fully qualified host name in the Message-ID. Localhost isn't a
valid domain name. The Message-ID: header requires a FQHN (such as
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]>"). Declude will let you get away with just
the machine name ("...@machinename>"), since a lot of E-mail clients will
let incorrectly use just the machine name. However, lots of spammers use
"...@localhost>" in the Message-ID, and since it is illegal, the BADHEADERS
test will catch it.
