The problem with those two E-mails is that they did not have the 
Message-ID: headers.  Virtually all legitimate mail clients include a 
Message-ID: header, while lots of spam does not include a Message-ID: 
header.  You will see a Message-ID: header in the E-mail, but that is one 
that IMail added.
