Actually, that is a bit misleading.  There isn't a problem with the IP 
address.  The problem is with either the \IMail\Declude\global.cfg file or 
the \IMail\Declude\$default$.JunkMail file.  One of them has the word "IP" 
where Declude isn't expecting it.

I'm guessing that you are using the WHITELIST option ("WHITELIST IP 
127.0.0.1", for example).  If so, you should make sure you are running 
Declude v1.20 or higher ( http://www.declude.com/junkmail/manual.htm 
).  Versions before 1.19 won't recognize the WHITELIST option, so they 
would think it was a test name, so it would think that IP was an action it 
was supposed to take.  So, it just ignores that line and places the warning 
message in the log file.
