Yes, they (silently) added us to their database a few days ago. We're
waiting to hear back from them about getting us out of it. Apparently,
they are now aggressively scanning IPs to find open relays (before they
were only listing IPs that were in other databases, or that were submitted
to them after spamming).
We do intentionally run an open relay, so that we can test our
software. Of course, relayed mail just gets sucked up and not spewed out,
so spam doesn't leave our server.
