>I was wondering where I can find some documentation on the BOUNCE action?

This is done simply by using BOUNCE or ALERT as the action (for example,
"RBL BOUNCE" instead of "RBL HOLD").

There is a default message that will be used unless you create your
own. The BOUNCE message looks something like:

         Delivery Failed: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

The mail server for localdomain.com does not accept E-mail that
fails the RBL spam test.

         Original message follows:

         [Original Message]

The default message for the ALERT is a bit different:

         Delivery Succeeded: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

The mail server for localdomain.com does not want E-mail that
fails the RBL spam test. However, your
         message WAS delivered.

         Original message follows:

         [Original Message]

It is possible to override these default messages, by creating a file named
"\IMail\Declude\TESTNAMEbounce.eml" or
"\IMail\Declude\TESTNAMEalert.eml". To override the message used for a
bounce message for RBL, you would use a file
\IMail\Declude\RBLbounce.eml. This E-mail uses the same format as the
Declude Virus E-mail notification files.

>And I'd like to know how I can define multiple actions per test, i.e. add a
>header for each failed test and place [SPAM]in the subject.

This isn't officially supported, but you can accomplish it by defining
multiple tests. For example, where you have "MAILFROM mailfrom" you could
add "MAILFROM2 mailfrom" to add a new test called MAILFROM2. Then, you
could have "MAILFROM WARN" and "MAILFROM SUBJECT [SPAM]".
