Yes, you can do that.  Just change the action from "WARN" to "WARN 
X-RBL-Warning: JUNKMAIL ALERT" in the $default$.JunkMail file.  For 
example, if you have a line "BADHEADERS WARN" in 
\IMail\Declude\$default$.JunkMail, you can change it to "BADHEADERS WARN 
X-RBL-Warning: JUNKMAIL ALERT".
