You first need to define the test by adding a line "PERCENT percent" in the
global.cfg file. Then, you need to let Declude know the action that you
want to use by adding a line such as "PERCENT HOLD" to
\IMail\Declude\$default$.JunkMail.

The PROBES test attempts to catch "probes" sent from the new ORBS
replacements (such as ORDB) that test to see if you are an open
relay. This can be used for people who run what appears to be an open
relay but is not really one (mostly for people using Declude Hijack).

POSTFIXIP and POSTFIXFROM were added to support the files used by
http://www.postfixgate.com .

And HEUR as you know is the heuristic spam detection test that we developed
a long time ago, but never released from beta because of the high false
positive rate with "quasi-legitimate" E-mail (such as mailing lists that
people signed up for years ago and other similar types of bulk mail). It
had great success with the database of spam and legitimate mail we tested
against "in the lab" (zero false positives and caught about 85% of spam),
but it didn't fare well enough in the real world.
