The problem is that you have the SPAMHEADERS test set to BOUNCE E-mail, and
the E-mail fails the SPAMHEADERS test. Looking at the headers, it appears
that it is missing a Message-ID: header. Virtually all legitimate E-mail
clients include a Message-ID: header. RFC2822 section 3.6.4 says that
every message SHOULD include one. "SHOULD" essentially means "Must, unless
you have a good reason to do otherwise and are willing to accept any
consequences".

You can add a line "WHITELIST IP 127.0.0.1" to your
\IMail\Declude\global.cfg file to prevent any E-mail sent from your IMail
server to your IMail server from being treated as spam.
                                                -Scott
