[Declude.JunkMail] MISSING_REVERSE_DNS:SPAM filter recommendations?

Can anyone recommend some good (free) test/filters s that I can run to
catch SPAM?  I am using only the OSSRC filter, but a lot of SPAM is still
getting through.
