Oops - sorry.  In fact, it's only checking the EXPIRY.  That's a feature/bug
of Office XP.  There is a registry entry or some other place where this
delay can be turned off.  Sorry, I don't have it handy right now - but you
may need it eventually.

The SWITCHRECIP option in 1.28 was switching the recipients in a
different
place -- the next release will instead switch them in the location where

Declude checks for the config file.
