There are a number of reasons why this could happen -- for example, if you
use the CATCHALLMAILS test, it would do that.
You can look in your \IMail\spool\dec####.log file to see which test(s) the
E-mails are failing. You can also use configuration such as "MAILFROM
SUBJECT MAILFROM:" which would specify the test that failed in the subject.
