Actually, it *did* trigger the WEIGHT10 test -- it just thinks that you are
using the IGNORE action for it.
So it sounds like the real problem is that Declude JunkMail incorrectly
think that you want to use the IGNORE action for a number of the
tests. That would account for the "Msg Failed"'s not showing up in the
logs, the "WEIGHT10" test not seeming to be triggered, and the other issues.
We're starting to make some progress. :)
