FYI, it looks like that is all sorted out now (the next beta, due out
within a few days, will take care of that issue). It turned out that in
some situations, Declude would treat a local user as if they were a remote
user (which would use the outgoing actions in the global.cfg file, rather
than the normal incoming actions).

If you aren't using the WARN action (the one that adds a warning to the
headers of the E-mail, as opposed to the less commonly used HEADER action
that adds a "header" (like a footer) to the beginning of the E-mail itself)
in the global.cfg file, then you've found a new bug.
Could you E-mail me your \IMail\Declude\global.cfg and
\IMail\Declude\$default$.JunkMail files, so I can take a look? If this is
a new problem, it would be nice if we can fix it for the next beta. We're
looking to get a new released version out soon.
