You can probably use the same method as you do with the Virus Scanners.
They are all different, they all support different options - but they all
accept a file name as a parameter.

All that's needed is a configuration option where we can specify the command
line, e.g.

   BLAT -f %filename% -to %mailfrom% -from %mailto% -subject %subject%

(the above syntax is just pretense)

That's something that is in our suggestion database.  However, we need to
find a way to make it useable -- the problem is that we can't just
substitute blat.exe for imail1.exe, as they use different parameters.
