OK, in the GLOBAL.cfg, I removed warn form the 3 ORBZ* tests and left
that area blank, but I still see the failure notice in the deccon.

Turns out this was for a virtual domain that we had just moved to our
server from another company. It was listed do to the problems with the
other company. That is why we now host it. I have contacted them and
they are in the process of correcting.

It was the 64.171.65.17. It is weird in that now it is ok. It seems to
happen often and on. I will have to watch the logs more and see if I can
figure it out.
