We have just released Declude v1.31. The main change to Declude JunkMail
is that it should finally take care of the problem where the outgoing
actions were being used instead of the correct incoming actions. It also
changes the way that the external tests are defined, so anyone using
external tests will need to switch the return code and file name (putting
the file name in quotes).
