They "crashed and burned". We haven't been able to reproduce it, but it
seems that one of their nameservers is now simply returning "This zone is
defunct stop using it". Unfortunately, they didn't bother to say WHICH
zone it was, so it took us several weeks before anyone could figure out
which test it was.
I would recommend deleting all lines in the \IMail\Declude\global.cfg and
\IMail\Declude\$default$.JunkMail files that begin with "ORBZ".
