We make the WEIGHT10 and make SpamCop 9... then give
other test weights the ability to 'substantiate' SpamCop
or push the value to 10. We have all tests WARN except
WEIGHT10 which is HOLD. This enables us to view all
failed tests in captured email and see what combinations
of tests are working best and tweak them accordingly....

We had similar results with SpamCop alone, but decided
to make that process 'verified' by other tests.

I am a little concerned, because if you read SpamCop's
web site, they are soon going to be charging for this
service on a per setup or per user basis. I hope this
is not expensive.
