No -- Declude isn't involved in the equation.
You can check your SMTP logs files to get a better idea of what is
happening. All indications point to the remote server.
However, after looking at it again, a question comes up. You showed:

Subject: Mail Delivery Failure.
Date sent: Fri, 25 Jan 2002 09:57:59
Delivery has failed on the enclosed message...
That message isn't coming from Declude, and isn't coming from IMail. Since
the mail was rejected by the remote server, it shouldn't have been coming
from there either. You might want to post the full bounce message, with
the complete headers (including the Received: headers), so we can try to
track down the source of the mystery bounce.
