the DULs belong to me?

Declude JunkMail should automatically handle the DUL tests, so that your
own users won't get caught.

It shouldn't. One thing to be aware of, though, is that a lot of ISPs
block port 25 access for dialup accounts -- so often they are forced to use
a different mail server.
