That would indicate a DNS problem, and likely will mean that none of the
DNS-based spam tests are being run.
You should check to make sure that the first DNS server listed in the IMail
SMTP settings is correct, and pointing to a valid DNS server. Or, you can
override the setting by adding a line "DNS 127.0.0.1" (replacing the
127.0.0.1 with the IP of your DNS server) to force Declude JunkMail to use
a different DNS server.
