That's exactly why I suspect that Outlok has moved the headers around:

The first 4 headers it lists are the 4 that it would likely display on the 
screen.

and:

Normally, you have the original headers, followed by the Declude headers, 
followed by the delivery headers (X-RCPT-TO: and X-UIDL:).  In this case, 
they are all mixed up with the original headers.
