No, but I have seen several blank E-mails come from the IMail list before.

That's exactly what we've seen before, too.

This shows that IMail received a completely blank E-mail before Declude saw 
it (the Received: header is added by the SMTP Daemon that receives the 
E-mail before Declude gets it).

And this confirms it.  The "143" is the number of bytes in the E-mail, and 
without actually counting, I'm guessing there are 143 bytes in that one 
Received: header (OK, I'm lazy!).

All signs point to a problem on their end.
