What a surprise, I see you've discovered our local telco they are a monopoly
up here in Canada,  the latest report says 90% of their traffic is spam,
they are a true open relay, i've seen many people use them as an opne relay
, and they do NOTHING about it, it's like talking to a brick wall LOL!
