No. Declude JunkMail currently uses an exact match, looking for an IP that
contains the exact text you specify. It was originally designed for single
IPs ("192.168.101.48"), but can sometimes work with ranges (such as
"192.168.101.", which will match any IP with 192.168.101. in it, or a full
Class C range).

You are right, that will not work, because no IP has "xxx.xxx.xxx.128/25"
in it.

No. That won't work either, because no IP has "xxx.xxx.xxx.128
