We are considering official support for having multiple actions per test,
which would hopefully allow for both bouncing an E-mail and holding it.
The reason that it won't work now is that the actions conflict with each
other. "bounce" means to send the E-mail back to the sender, and delete
any copies of it locally, but "hold" involves keeping a copy locally.
