E-mails are first seen by IMail's SMTPD process, which handles the Kill
list and the Control Access file, for blocking E-mail based on the IP
address or return address.
Next, Declude scans the E-mail.
If the E-mail passes through both SMTPD and Declude, it will then go to the
SMTP32 process, which handles the delivery rules and filtering.

That's because IMail accepts every incoming E-mail as if it were for a
valid E-mail address.
The only way I can think of to get around this would be to use Declude
JunkMail Pro's per-user settings to have Declude JunkMail bypass E-mail for
those accounts. However, that will cause the spam to bounce back to a
non-existent account (most spammers use fake E-mail addresses), which
causes extra load (locally and on the Internet).
