[Declude.JunkMail] Per User defaults

Hello Scott,   We have been using Declude Junk Mail for almost one year and have about 5% of our users that have opted out of the program for one reason or another.   I have a question about the per user default file. I have set all the tests to IGNORE or WARN. But my question is, can I just have an empty file (no tests) with their user name or maybe just one test. Maybe this would speed things just a little bit. I don't really need the speed or performance that bad, but why check for no reason.   Thanks in advance. Ken
