Does this mean that if I send something to a list it will not go out right now?

The List submissions are accepted, scanned, and dumped into the spool directory as nice tidy .LST files, and then they just sit there. Very well done indeed. Seems like we had a problem similar to this a couple of dozen versions ago? Anyway, I've been pushing these critters out manually, but I'll let the next one sit and see if it eventually goes out on its own.
