Unfortunately, it can not. The problem is that Declude only sees the
E-mails after they are received by IMail, but the harvesting usually occurs
without having IMail receive any E-mail.

There isn't an easy way. You can add a "nobody" alias so that their
efforts become useless, but that also cause extra overhead, and it may
trick them into thinking they have found 1,000's of valid E-mail addresses
(which will add load in the future if they start sending mail to them all).
