Kami,

Have you looked at the Header, Footer or Warn actions.

The Header action will add a message to the top of the message body. 
The Footer action will add a message to the Bottom of the message body. 
The Warn action will modify the Message Subject line by placing "Spam" or
your custom wording at the beginning of the message subject.

The Header and Footer actions can also have a custom message.
