There are two ways to attack this. First is to see what tests they are
failing, and why; the second is to figure out a way to whitelist them.

>Continental airlines are valid lists but show up with spamheaders.

First, I should mention that it is not uncommon for E-mail to fail the
SPAMHEADERS test. It's designed to find spam-like headers that are not
sent by most normal legitimate mail clients. However, a lot of companies
in the past have tried to save money by hiring a web developer to write
their SMTP software, without even looking at the SMTP specs to see how to
do it. They typically ask their friends or use packet sniffers or whatever
to guess how it should work. Typically, they get it about 1/2 right --
good enough to be technically valid (passing the BADHEADERS test), but not
close enough to being a normal E-mail that it will pass the SPAMHEADERS test.

>weight = 8

One option would be to use the weighting system, and not take action on
E-mail until a weight of 10 is hit (or allow mail failin gthe SPAMHEADERS
test to go through).

Or, you could work on whitelisting the E-mail (either by looking for
something unique to the USAirways E-mails, or something more generic that
would work with many mailing lists).
