A test is defined in Declude JunkMail by having the name of the test 
followed by the test type, followed by 2 test-specific pieces of data, 
followed by the weights (a positive weight, and a negative weight that is 
almost always 0).  The positive weight is added to the weight of the E-mail 
if the E-mail fails the test, the negative weight is added if the E-mail 
does not fail the test.

In that case of the weight tests, the "x"'s are just placeholders.  The 0 
should always be 0 for the weight tests (and most other tests as well).  So 
for the weight test, the only thing you need to change if creating your own 
is the name and the weight value.
