Declude will create one as \IMail\Declude\TESTNAMEbounce.eml.  For example, 
if you use the bounce action for the SPAMCOP test, you will have a file 
\IMail\Declude\SPAMCOPbounce.eml.  It looks like a standard bounce message, 
but mentions that your mail server does not accept mail that fails the 
[testname] test.

You can send yourself an E-mail with "rsp set off TESTNAME" in the body of 
it (it must be sent without HTML or attachments, and the test name is case 
sensitive).  For example, "rsp set off SPAMCOP".
