Scott, Declude scans all emails and writes warnings into the headers based on the global.cfg file.
Then it handles the email based on the *.junkmail file(s) in the Declude/DomainName.com directory. Two issues arise for us. 1. If we have a thousand domains on a server and only 50 are using (and paying for) the Declude JunkMail service, we are doing a lot of extra processing. 2. We charge extra for the spam processing (and we spend a lot of extra time and effort on it). But, some of our technically savvy customers are setting iMail rules themselves to process junk mail based on Declude's warnings in the email headers, with out paying us for spam processing. We'd really prefer not to add an iMail server dedicated to Declude customers. Any way we can get it to check the domain before scanning the email and writing warnings into the header?
