The good 'ole New York Times is probably doing something silly, such as
using a return address on another domain. You'll need to either check the
X-Declude-Sender: header (if you use the XSENDER option), or the IMail log
file ("MAIL FROM:" line) to find the return address of the sender. That's
what you need to use in the WHITELIST line (not the address in the From: or
Reply-To: headers).
