Declude will automatically prevent the DUL tests from working on anything
past the first hop (the computer that connected to your IMail server).
The reason for this is pretty simple. The DUL tests list dial-up lines,
which should only send mail to through their ISP's mailserver, not directly
to the remote mailservers. So you want to make sure that dialup users
aren't sending mail directly to you (as many spammers do). On the other
hand, if you check other hops, you'll block mail from anyone using a dialup
line.

Your hop 0 shouldn't be a backup mailserver.
If you have mail sent from a backup mailserver to your IMail server, you
should use the IPBYPASS command in the \IMail\Declude\global.cfg file to
let Declude know about it. Then, hop 0 will be the remote mailserver.
