This won't work -- BOUNCE means to return the E-mail to the sender, whereas
HOLD means to keep the E-mail with the possibility of later delivering
it. They won't work together.
Also note that Declude JunkMail doesn't support multiple actions per test
(since when it was originally designed, nobody had even thought about
having multiple actions per test), but many combinations of tests can be
accomplished by setting up multiple copies of the same test.
