Are you *sure* there isn't a WHITELIST entry that would let this one
through ("WHITELIST FROM @localhost" for example)?
Are you using the latest beta (1.54), which will set the total weight to 0
when an E-mail is whitelisted (which would verify that this one wasn't
whitelisted)?
Is other mail going to the domain that it was sent to caught?
